A trio of soft tank bralettes

A trio of soft tank bralettes for lounging around in like the 🛋🥔 I really am.

This is the #shaxistank by @sophie_hines in view one (scoop neck). It’s soft and comfortable and I don’t want to wear anything else right now 😄

I have made this pattern previously in view three (crew neck), but forgot to transfer my fitting adjustments to the paper pattern – and the armscye on this version is different anyway. I’m 20cm shorter than the designer/model, so had to remove length at the straps, the back, and the hem to make it fit as intended.

I used up most of my remaining red organic cotton jersey for these, but I might be able to squeeze out another one if I start with view 2 (which has color block panels).

I think this tank looks especially great with high-waisted bottoms, and would work really well as a two-piece swimsuit. (I’m currently trying to convince myself I don’t need another swimsuit, I have 2 already! But not a green one… 🙈) It could work as a sports bra too, if made in powernet with strong elastics.
